FEU is LinkedIn Talent Awards finalist

Far Eastern University (FEU) was named a finalist in the Learning Champion category of the LinkedIn Talent Awards, a notable recognition achieved in its first year of implementing the platform across the university.

Being shortlisted as a finalist is a rare distinction, particularly for institutions in their initial year of participation. The selection process is highly data-driven, evaluating metrics such as repeat learners, average weekly usage, engagement levels, and how learning tools are applied for career development and AI adoption.

These indicators reflect how actively an organization integrates learning into its culture, an area where FEU demonstrated strong performance. Internal data showed consistent engagement across key metrics, including activation rates, repeat usage, and time spent on learning content, positioning FEU alongside more established programs.
