Far Eastern University (FEU) has emerged as one of the Top 10 Best Employers in the Philippines, records from Philippine Daily Inquirer and Statista show, and that's not by accident.

The FEU leadership maintains their commitment to creating a workplace that nurtures the professional growth and personal well-being of its employees.
Through regular employee engagement programs, FEU strengthens the bond across departments and generations: Fellowship Day brings together faculty and staff in a day of fun, games, and meaningful connection, which reminds everyone that work can be joyful and relationships enriching; “Honoring the Tamaraw Commitment,” FEU’s recognition day, celebrates the dedication and loyalty of faculty and staff who have contributed years of service to the university; while “Pasko sa Piyu ng mga Empleyado,” the university year-end party, showcases the creativity and unity of the FEU community, transforming the campus into a festive space of gratitude and joy.
“A healthy employee is a happy and productive one,” the FEU leadership believes, so they offer a range of wellness programs designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being: Zumba sessions energize the employees with movement and music, promoting fitness and stress-relief; wellness breaks and vacations provide them the added benefit of reimbursement of travel and accommodation expense.
Employees are also given opportunities for training, research, and leadership roles. The university’s inclusive policies and transparent governance foster trust and accountability. Recently, the FEU Group of Schools and LinkedIn entered into a partnership to integrate LinkedIn Learning into the Group’s academic and professional development programs.
Moreover, FEU’s sustainability efforts and heritage preservation like its Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiency certification and recognition as a UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage site, demonstrate its forward-thinking ethos and respect for legacy. Bread of Hope, where FEU teaches breadmaking to persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) for skills and income, was cited among People Program of the Year Exemplars in the National Capital Region by the People Management Association of the Philippines.
As FEU continues to move onward to its centennial anniversary in 2028, the leadership remains committed to building a workplace where every employee feels empowered to contribute, innovate, and belong in an environment built on mutual respect, collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.
