Café Alfredo celebrates its 11th anniversary with the theme “Eleven and Elevated.” The two-day celebration, held last Sept. 15 and 16, was more than just a commemoration of years passed; it was a tribute to over a decade of heartwarming brews, sweet memories, and an enduring passion for elevated flavors.
The festivities began with the blessing of Café Alfredo at the Alfredo Reyes Hall (ARH) lobby. The solemn ceremony set the tone for the celebration, symbolizing gratitude for its journey and hope for even greater success in the years to come.

On the following day, the spotlight turned to the culinary arts as Global Pacific’s Chef Timothy Faller led the live demonstration “The Art of the Oriental Gateau” at the ARH kitchen. Guests witnessed first-hand the artistry and innovation behind one of the most refined desserts, further underscoring the café’s commitment to bringing world-class experience to the Far Eastern University community.

Beyond the ceremonies and demonstrations, Café Alfredo heightened the celebration by unveiling a new menu, launching limited time offers, and giving away loyalty cards to show appreciation for its valued patrons. Adding to the festive spirit, an anniversary photobooth was also set up, allowing guests to capture lasting memories of the occasion.
Now in its 11th year, Cafe Alfredo continues to serve not just coffee and cuisine but also a tradition of togetherness, innovation, and elevated dining.
