FEU Bamboo Band Takes Center Stage in “ASCEND” Concert

The Far Eastern University Bamboo Band captivated audiences during its concert titled “ASCEND: Reaching New Heights in Music” held on April 26, 2025, at the FEU Auditorium.

Presented by the FEU Center for the Arts, the event showcased the talents of non-music majors and featured special performances from the FEU Chorale, the FEU Drum and Bugle Corps, and guest alumni artists: saxophonist Marlexis Del Mundo, flutist John Erin Gonzaga, and trumpeter Jhon Mark Isla.

Under the direction of Artistic Director Norbie Cads and creative consultant Ysa Cads, the concert highlighted the university’s commitment to nurturing student artistry and celebrating the diversity of musical expression.
